Sundary Mystery Trainings
Before purchasing a training it is your responsibility to thoroughly read and understand clearly the cancellation policy.
The cancellation policy is designed to protect both training leaders and all training participants.
To cancel your participation in our training you must send us an email stating that you wish to cancel, to: email@example.com.
“You” refers to a participant who applied and made payment for Sundari Mystery Training.
“We” refers to Sundari Mystery Trainings (under Serpent School Limited).
“Cancellation” is defined as not attending Sundari Mystery Training that you made payment for or wanting to switch to another training.
“Training” refers to any training from Sundari Mystery Trainings.
Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. If you cancel your participation in the training for any reason, the cancellation policy below will apply, with no exceptions.
We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances, but we have incurred expenses that once paid we cannot refund. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance if you have concerns.
All DEPOSITS (€1000) are NON-REFUNDABLE*, **. They will be kept to cover administration fees.
In case you made a single payment (full fee) for the training, that €1000 non-refundable deposit also applies to you.
**An exception is cancellation due to COVID-19 restrictions (see regulation below).
The remaining balance (total price minus deposit) is refundable due to 31 days before the training starts.
30 days before the training starts there will be NO REFUNDS at all.
We are financially responsible for the training program, so we ask you to respect that we cannot make any exceptions to this agreement.
Cancellation caused by COVID – 19:
In the event that we need to cancel the training due to Covid-19, a 100% refund will be issued (including deposit).
In the event that you have to cancel your attendance due to updated COVID-19 restrictions, you will be issued with a full refund, including your deposit. “Updated COVID-19 Restrictions” are any changes imposed by governments or other governing bodies that prevent you from attending the training. It is important to stress that such changes must have occurred after you booked your place on the training. We will therefore regard such updated COVID-19 restrictions to be reasonably beyond your control and a full refund will be available.
In the last 10 years it occurred only once that a training was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. In case we must cancel a scheduled training for any reason, your full fee and deposit payment will be transferred to another training, alternatively you may request a full refund of your payment.
If we change any significant training details***, we will notify you ASAP. In that case we offer you these two options: to get a full refund (deposit included) or to transfer your payment to another training. You will make a decision regarding that within 30 days, otherwise we will apply our cancelation policy to your case.
***Significant training details are: change of scheduled date, location, duration, price, leader or general concept of the training.
We are not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip. If you have any concerns please purchase travel insurance.
