Sanctuary has become my safe ground, a place I return to almost daily for solace and support. Sanctuary awakens within me the deep knowing that I am inherently worthy and that all I carry within is honoured and embraced in its fullness.

My expansion and my capacity to hold EVERYTHING has grown so much. Love, pain, good times and challenges have sat with me differently. It isn't really the content that Sofia shares what moves me the most, but rather the energy that she embodies and the frequency that she anchors.
