Since joining the Queen cycle of Sanctuary, my self-worth has deepened in a tangible way. My relationship with men has transformed, I’m experiencing more adoration, support, and meaningful connections, and I feel genuinely cherished. The energy work has been incredibly powerful, helping me see relationships with more freedom and nuance. Through the Vault and Summer of the Queen, I’ve gained profound insights while also manifesting practical blessings for my new home. Sofia’s teachings feel both deeply grounded and magical in my everyday life.

My expansion and my capacity to hold EVERYTHING has grown so much. Love, pain, good times and challenges have sat with me differently. The biggest realization has been understanding that the men in my life genuinely want to love, support, and care for me—and allowing myself to receive that has been deeply healing.

Since joining Sanctuary, my relationship with men has transformed. I stopped outsourcing my worth, safety, and emotional state to them and began creating that foundation within myself. After moving through a period of grief, shame, and insecurity, I feel lighter and more grounded. Men are showing up differently in my life now, with kindness, presence, and support, and I’m continually surprised by how warmly they approach me.

I see myself as a gift, cherished and valued by those around me. This transformation is thanks to your unwavering commitment to holding both of us in the light of love and intention.

It isn't really the content that Sofia shares what moves me the most, but rather the energy that she embodies and the frequency that she anchors. I can honestly say that in these past few months, my level of self-awareness has deepened ten times. Not only that, but I am now effortlessly loving and tender with myself. Through the practices, I have learnt to connect with a deep sense of self-respect and self-care, and that has allowed my own feminine grace and radiance to feel safe for the first time to come out and be a part of my life.
