By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
All purchases of online programs, masterclasses, Temple Vault offerings and other digital products are final and non-refundable.
Once access to digital content has been granted, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, non-participation, failure to complete the material, or deciding that the offering is no longer suitable for you.
We encourage you to read the description of each offering carefully before purchasing and reach out to Sundari Team if you have questions before joining.
Sanctuary is an ongoing, practice-based membership unfolding through a two-month period.
When joining for a cycle, you are committing to the full two-month period. Payments made as part of this commitment are non-refundable, and the commitment cannot be terminated early.
After completing your initial two-month commitment, you may cancel your membership before the beginning of the next cycle to prevent future renewal and charges.
Cancelling your membership stops future eligible renewals; it does not provide a refund for payments already made or payments due as part of an existing commitment.
If you choose an annual Sanctuary membership, your purchase is a commitment to the full annual period and is non-refundable.
Choosing to pay for a Program, membership, mentoring package or other offering in instalments does not change the total amount you have committed to paying.
If you agree to an instalment or payment plan, you remain responsible for the full amount originally agreed upon, even if you later decide not to participate in or complete the offering.
There are no refunds or early terminations of an agreed payment plan unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
Payments for private mentoring, coaching or other personalised services are non-refundable.
Where a mentoring package is purchased through a payment plan, you remain responsible for completing all payments agreed upon at the time of purchase.
Your decision not to access, attend, watch or participate in an offering does not constitute grounds for a refund.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary technology, internet access and availability to engage with the digital product.
If you experience a technical issue accessing content you have purchased, please contact Sundari Team so we can assist you in restoring your access.
In the unlikely event that we cancel an offering entirely and are unable to provide the purchased service or a reasonable equivalent, we will communicate the available options directly to affected participants.
Changes to individual transmissions, practices, schedules, facilitators, platform delivery, content structure or other elements of an ongoing offering do not automatically constitute cancellation of the offering or create an entitlement to a refund.
