The Field

Being in the Field is transforming me from a child into a Queen, as I am facing my shadows, reclaiming my truth, and living in the powerful frequency of love and alignment.

From considering divorcing my husband of 29 years.. to now being more and more in love and more than ever fulfilled in my relationship. Each of our meetings brings me closer to the truth, we talk so sincerely and go so deep. I bring all of myself and every time it refines my perception of Life. The mind can't even comprehend the amount of power we actually have...

What made the journey powerful was the sisterhood—a group of like-minded, deeply aligned women who reflected my highest potential back to me. It’s one thing to work on yourself alone, but it’s another to be surrounded by women who are walking the same path. They support you, challenge you, and inspire you to rise into your greatest truth. Being in The Field has taught me the power of living from my heart and serving truth. It’s a space where you can’t hide from yourself—where every doubt, fear, and wound is brought to the surface, but then held in love and transformed. This work requires courage and patience, but the rewards are beyond anything I could have imagined. My life has shifted in every way: I feel more aligned, more powerful, and more connected to who I truly am as a woman. The Field has shown me how to purify my intentions, trust my heart, and normalise my spiritual gifts and dreams. I feel like a leader in my own life—strong, focused, and deeply connected to my purpose. This work has not only changed me but also the world around me. As I’ve stepped into my higher frequency, I’ve witnessed my relationships transform, including my partnership. I see my partner stepping into his power as I step into mine, and there is now more joy, love, and gratitude between us than ever before. I went from shy, controlling, in my wounded, fragmented, unintegrated masculine energy, with a shield and armour of protection. To a free, liberated, open, embodied feminine & masculine inner union within. I have a clear vision of my service to Love & career path, wealth, and supreme destiny. I have soul sisters for life and an incredible mentor who is right by my side encouraging & reminding me of my Power. Together we are stronger. I’ve experienced so many deaths and rebirths and it keeps getting better & better every day!

I am feeling more and more in my power with setting my boundaries and now I am able to stick to them, which is a huge shift for me. I feel so happy and so good as I am integrating this masculine side of me to hold me. I am feeling a profound balance and inner wholeness.

It's necessary for everyone to know this work. It continues to expand my awareness, my consciousness, and my body. Right now I feel true to myself and closer to the Divine than ever before. I feel so held, loved and taken care of in this container.

I finally got “unstuck” in several areas of my life. I had a visceral realisation of my Power as the Creatress of my Reality. I found a community of beautiful souls that I now feel a part of, and a standard that I choose to aspire to for the quality of my life and relationships. My commitment to invest in myself and in projects that light up my soul and bring real value has resulted in a 5x increase of my net worth since I joined. And I know it’s just the beginning!!

It never ceases to amaze me how the practices and teachings Sofia offers supports me exactly what I am going through. It's like she is in my life with me. Through this work I am expanding so much and getting clear and aligned with my Soul. I feel so grateful, so supported by the Divine, it's unbelievable... Sofia really opened my eyes to how can I nurture my relationship with the Divine and that it could be my priority and that life could be that way.

There has been so much more consciousness in my life. I have figured things out. I figured out a way to hold my emotions, a way that they can just pass through, freely flow, not to create the drama around it. I feel like I started seeing things for what they are. There is another level of connection that I have with myself and with the Divine.

I had no specific vision for my life. I used to be an attorney, which is pretty good in terms of how success is measured in our society. And I’ve done the marriage and mothering thing, which is another tick checked. I should have been so content with my life. But clearly I wasn’t.

I learned how to feel strong emotions and how to let them move through me instead of swaying around, lost, and confused. This is one of the most valuable tools that created an expansion beyond my dreams. Sofia is the only mentor I’ve had so far that can hold all of me, my dark feminine, my storm, and my vision. She can take all of me with no filters. In moments of weakness, she doesn’t feed my wounds. In moments of exaltation, she doesn't feed my ego. She is the holder of the sacred space where I can grow, and her direction sets me on an accelerated path of expansion.

The safety of this group helps me to sink deeper into all of it. I know this feeling of feeling alone so well, the feeling of keep on going in the dark and doing it all by myself, keeping everyone at a distance but yearning for love at the same time. That is exactly the reason why I decided to come here, to break a pattern. I decide to fully incarnate and be open to receive. I love the rawness and the beauty of this process of sinking into my body completely, to be able to feel everything… the safety, the unsafety, the joy and the anxiety. The safety of this group helps me to sink deeper into all of it.

Held by the frequencies of the Field, I normalised my spiritual gifts, aligned with my Higher Self. As I am stepping into the frequency of my Higher Self, my Queen, I see my partner step into the King that he is. There is more joy, more gratitude, more love and playfulness between us. I can finally see it now, that I have been holding a treasure all along. The New World is here, now. As I raise my frequency, I am helping raise the frequency of the world around me. There is no other service more joyful to my soul.
