It was a beautiful and romantic experience for us, it deepened our connection as a couple and improved our relationship in many ways. The environment was very exciting and very safe, encouraging as to understand our boundaries and be clear on how much we wanted to engage in the practices with others. In a busy day to day life it’s hard to find the right time to dedicate to your relationship, it’s easy to be stuck in old habits and a boring routine (even more when you have a child). We would advise every couple to enhance their love in this powerful experience, devoting entire days to you as a couple in a transgressive and heart opening space.

Sofia is an exceptional teacher and she knows how to transfer her knowledge to others. She has a lot of experience, and her teachings really helped me to get in touch with my sexuality and my masculinity. I also learned how to root myself and how to connect with women in a totally new and different way. This course is full of wisdom and powerful practices. Personal growth isn't complete if it doesn't include sexuality and if you as a man wish to grow in this area, Sofia's teachings are a great tool for that. I couldn't recommend her more.

Many things changed through these teachings. I consider myself and my femininity absolutely worthy and beautiful. I could reduce the pain in the muscles of my yoni and the premenstrual syndrome that I was suffering from for a very long time is completely gone. It's hard talking about sexual dysfunction, even harder to hear everyone say maybe it's you. From girl pals to doctors; hearing some women just don't enjoy sex was disheartening but to say I was one of these poor women, it couldn't be. I could accept that I wouldn't enjoy sex. Not! Why? She is so real and courageous. After some days my armor broke and experienced so many emotional releases. All that wasn't serving me got burnt on this trip.
