of the Soul

I have never felt so connected to GOD and at the same time carried by Mother Earth as I did in the beautiful and holy temple. The work, the people, the experience and so much more have touched me deeply. I am so grateful that I decided to step into this field. Thank you dear magical Sofia!

She is so real and courageous. After some days my armour broke and experienced so many emotional releases. All that wasn't serving me got burnt on this trip. Not by doing wild expressive and dynamic meditations but by going inside. In stillness. I am so grateful I had the opportunity to be there for and with the priestesses and witness and experience deep transformation.

You can keep on working with her and working with her and new things just come up. There is very little talking and a lot of being and doing. She doesn't teach through words, she is working with the body, with energy, with the fields and emotions. With her, you feel. Out of mind into the body, into cosmic awareness. Her work is ageless, sexless, it´s for everyone.

At the Immersion I felt that we are all connected and there really is no separation and I felt nothing but love for the other person. And from there I was able to feel it for myself too which was really powerful.

Sofia is someone who understands what it means to truly look inside yourself, without judgment and rise above any obstacles keeping you from being your true self. Sofia and the tantric lifestyle lets you love yourself without expectations and helps your true self. Shine bright so you can stand in the moment with confidence and an open heart.

Sofia’s work, her being and maturity create a loving and powerful space in which deep healing, transformational shifts and heart expansion can happen. What I found especially valuable is her ability to keep this space free from preconceived ideas, concepts and ideology. Her focus is on what is right now and right here, and of course on what can be opened up.

Sofia carries deep embodied presence and a vast body of knowledge and understanding to convey esoteric knowledge in a simple, grounded way, able to guide us through so many practices and to allow us to experience it firsthand. The ceremonies brought me to a place of surrender and a trusting state. I can move my body in a different way, and I have been able to move from the head to the heart and more into a flow. It is healing and liberating.

It’s so magical to dive into the work and how Sofia is holding the space. Magic is happening. I feel like it is all orchestrated by the Divine.

The rituals made me notice it, and opened my heart. I know my heart is vulnerable when open, and I accept the vulnerability. I want to love and feel loved..... The morning exercises were amazing to my body and chakras. I feel more relaxed and present. You have worked on my insecurities, shames, judgements, and neediness. Thank you for changing my perceptions. I commit in being my true self, not doubt, not give up.

After the Training, I felt like I had done about 20 retreats and at least one year of therapy plus connecting with an amazing supportive community of like-minded people, that I still keep in touch with. I released a lot and also feel deeply nourished. All in all, I truly feel like a new version of me. Deeply transformational work through embodiment practices in a loving, supportive, non-judgmental, safe container, that creates magic!

This training allows you to drop any trauma, past bad experience, guilt, shame, hate, fear and/or hurt all by yourSelf! It empowers you to release any blockages, any pressure from the outside to make sure you live your life with respect, truth and abundance every single day.

It was the most significant time period that I have experienced, a blessing and a privilege. I am beyond grateful for the community I was welcomed into and all the knowledge I was given. To hold space for other women in the way we did, made me feel deeply touched.I have always had a huge love and respect for women, but now I am in a state of awe. And I found God.

It feels like I woke up! I was ready for this fire to be ignited, I was ready to become free from all the boxes I was put in to. I am really looking forward to continuing this journey deeper and deeper. I feel much more vibrant, loving, sexy, powerful, confident than before...!

It's a way to explore yourself on a different level - a different understanding of being conscious and present at any time with your sisters. Letting the feelings whatever they are come up and watch up, feel them, experience them, let them touch you. An experience of deep love, compassion and trust of yourself and other sisters.

I would say it's a training to shed all layers of shame, guilt, suppression, anger, hurt, deep wounds at soul level, fear and sadness. Everything that you have been brought up with, nature and nurture, to heal, cleanse and clear you to discover who you truly are at a soul level. From that state of consciousness and purity your path becomes clear.
