Ecstatic Remembrance

The energetic spaceholding of the whole event was so soft and warm and expanding... it inspired and ignited the understanding that it is love itself which is the magic, and Sofia's embodiment of that love and being of service, combined with the confidence of her knowing, experience and heartleadership, the splendour of her non-hesitation and fully owning what she shares. It is like a proof of possibility, that it is possible to create for and from the heart space. Just to bask in the energy of soft feminine beauty was the highlight for me. And to connect and meet people in a space of presence and maturity. very nourishing. The mindset shift is about the combination of heart and wealth - or that wealth is love - and that it is not a conflict ( old belief I guess) Sofia in her sublime appearance and clear focus combined with her love - was also very seducing and inspiring.

With the very first practice on day 1 I remembered myself as part of the Divine, not just on a mental level, but on a deeper level. The more we all moved and expressed ourselves, the more I connected to a higher frequency, and finally holding the one in front of me in my arms in love and reverence.

The energy of this amount of people together opening to life, healing and love is something that I deeply cherish in my heart. The vulnerability shared in the room by the other colleagues. The embodiment practices and the frequency of Sofia is something out of this world. You can feel that she is deeply devoted to expand divine love everywhere and could receive this incredible frequency all the time.

I had a healing experience with four women that I will remember for a long time. Holding space for each other in vulnerable moments and guiding each other through it, it was priceless. There was a big break-through for me on feeling emotions and pain that was stuck deep inside and that I couldn't release. I got a deeper sense on how energy flow works and I got triggered to know more.

I loved dancing outdoor because I expressed myself without shame. I loved to share with the group of 4 women after lunch, we shared so many feelings and experiences that was incredible to see myself reflected in those beautiful ones. Finally, I appreciated a lot the last practice with the circle of men. I was dancing in front of a man symbolising the divine masculine and there I have seen how many masks and mechanisms I can have towards men.

I have never felt so connected to GOD and at the same time carried by Mother Earth as I did in the beautiful and holy temple. The work, the people, the experience and so much more have touched me deeply. I am so grateful that I decided to step into this field. Thank you dear magical Sofia!

Sofia is someone who understands what it means to truly look inside yourself, without judgment and rise above any obstacles keeping you from being your true self. It’s so magical to dive into the work and how Sofia is holding the space. Magic is happening. I feel like it is all orchestrated by the Divine.

Sofia’s work, her being and maturity create a loving and powerful space in which deep healing, transformational shifts and heart expansion can happen. What I found especially valuable is her ability to keep this space free from preconceived ideas, concepts and ideology. Her focus is on what is right now and right here, and of course on what can be opened up.

The rituals made me notice it, and opened my heart. I know my heart is vulnerable when open, and I accept the vulnerability. I want to love and feel loved..... The morning exercises were amazing to my body and chakras. I feel more relaxed and present. You have worked on my insecurities, shames, judgements, and neediness. Thank you for changing my perceptions. I commit in being my true self, not doubt, not give up.

It was the most significant time period that I have experienced, a blessing and a privilege. I am beyond grateful for the community I was welcomed into and all the knowledge I was given.

It feels like I woke up! I was ready for this fire to be ignited, I was ready to become free from all the boxes I was put in to. I am really looking forward to continuing this journey deeper and deeper. I feel much more vibrant, loving, sexy, powerful, confident than before...!
