And no one really warns you about this.
What once pushed you forward no longer works in the same way.
The hunger to prove yourself – to your world, to your father, to the voice that once said you were not enough – begins to dissolve.
And this is where many people either become afraid of healing… or get stuck once they do heal.
Because when the old motivation dies, it doesn’t mean you cannot do big things anymore.
It means you have to find a bigger motivation.
The motivation that comes after healing looks completely different.
It is not driven by pain.
It is not chasing approval, achievement, or more and more validation.
It is not trying to prove something to someone who may never truly see you.
It comes from what you have lived.
The pain you have moved through.
The bliss you have tasted.
The truth you can no longer unfeel.
It is the pull to serve something greater than yourself.
For me, that force is Love.
It has been the only thing that has ever pulled me out of the deepest abyss – every time, without fail.
Love is the only motivation I completely trust.
Your motivation will look different.
But when you find it, you will know.
Not because it consumes you, but because you recognise it in your Soul.
Healing alone is not the full path.
The Inner Man work is what allows you not only to heal, but to act once you are healed.
To move forward without needing to be perfect first.
To no longer be driven by wounds, but by clarity.
Without it, healing can leave you soft but directionless.
With it, healing becomes a life.
