1. Sabotaging a beautiful relationship because deep down you don’t feel worthy of love.

2. Rushing to turn a connection into a serious relationship and therefore pushing away the other.

3. Attracting unavailable partners — lovers who aren’t ready to go to the depths you are ready for.

4. Each time you see your partner distancing themselves, you get triggered and react by putting up walls around your heart.

5. At first, your relationship has lots of sexual attraction and energy, but then it loses its spark and makes you doubt the partnership.

6. You regularly find yourself wanting to “fix” your partner, so that they evolve at the speed you desire.

7. You easily feel smothered and suffocated and that prevents you from deepening in intimacy.

Relationship patterns that repeat themselves in loops, heartbreaks and sɘxual wounding are some of the most painful parts of our human experience…
